Modify Travel Dates for Your Existing Voucher
If you have an existing travel protection plan voucher and need to modify the dates of your trip, you can do so using your InsuraGuest account. Don’t have an account with us? It’s quick and easy to set one up at isgtravel.com. Find the steps here: How to Create an Account.
To modify the dates of a trip for which you have an existing voucher, please carry out the following steps:
- Log in to your InsuraGuest account.
- Select “Welcome, _________” in the top, right corner.
- Select “My Trips”.
- Locate the trip associated with your existing voucher and select “Modify Trip”. (If you do not see your trip, you will need to first add the trip to your account)
- Locate your travel dates under trip details and edit directly by manually typing your dates or utilize the calendar.
- Select “Save Changes”.
- You’re done! You should see a confirmation message verifying your update. To view the saved changes, select “View Account”.
